How to Resume Your Subscription After Cancelling

Cancelled your Songer Max subscription? You can usually pick right back up. Learn how to resume in one click before your paid period ends, sign up fresh after access lapses, and what happens to your credits along the way.

If you've cancelled your Songer Max subscription, you can usually pick right back up where you left off. The steps depend on whether your current paid period has ended yet.

Resuming Before Your Paid Period Ends

If your current paid period hasn't ended yet, you can resume your subscription with one click. Your access continues without interruption.

On Desktop

  1. Log in to your Songer account

  2. Click the person icon in the top-right corner

  3. In the menu, select "Subscription"

  4. Click "Renew subscription" or "Enable auto-renewal"

On Mobile

  1. Log in to your Songer account

  2. Tap the three lines in the top-right corner

  3. In the menu, select "Subscription"

  4. Click "Renew subscription" or "Enable auto-renewal"

That's it: your subscription continues on its original schedule.

Resuming After Your Paid Period Has Ended

If your access has already lapsed, you can sign up fresh from the Subscription page anytime. Just visit the page and pick the cycle that suits you.

What Happens to Your Credits

Your credit top-ups never expire and stay in your account, so they'll be waiting for you whether you resume or sign up fresh later. Monthly Max credits, on the other hand, are tied to active billing cycles; they expire when your subscription ends, and you'll get a fresh 60 once you're back on Max.
