Songer Max comes in three billing cycles: monthly, quarterly (every 3 months), and twice a year (every 6 months). All three include the same features. You can change your cycle anytime from your Subscription page.
The way the change takes effect depends on whether you're switching to a longer or shorter cycle.
Switching to a Longer Cycle
Longer cycles cost less per month, so you'll save more by switching from monthly to quarterly or twice a year. The change takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for today and your access continuing without interruption.
Switching to a Shorter Cycle
If you're moving from a longer cycle to a shorter one (twice a year to quarterly or monthly, or quarterly to monthly), the change is scheduled for the end of your current paid period. You keep your current cycle and full Max access until then, and renew on the new shorter cycle from there.
There's no proration and no refund.
Steps to Switch a Cycle
On Desktop
Log in to your Songer account
Click the person icon in the top-right corner
In the menu, select "Subscription"
Select "Switch billing cycle"
Choose the new cycle
Confirm the prorated charge shown in the modal
On Mobile
Log in to your Songer account
Tap the three lines in the top-right corner
In the menu, select "Subscription"
Select "Switch billing cycle"
Choose the new cycle
