If you've decided to cancel, the process is straightforward.
On Desktop
Log in to your Songer account
Click the person icon in the top-right corner
In the menu, select "Subscription"
Scroll down and click "Cancel subscription"
On Mobile
Log in to your Songer account
Tap the three lines in the top-right corner
In the menu, select "Subscription"
Scroll down and tap "Cancel subscription"
If you're having difficulties cancelling it on your end:
Contact support at [email protected] or through the website's chat messenger (upgraded plans only)
Include your reason for cancelling
If there's nothing the team can do to fix the issue for you, the cancellation gets processed immediately
If things change down the road, you're always welcome back.
