Cancelling Your Songer Max

Learn how to request a cancellation of your Songer Max.

If you've decided to cancel, the process is straightforward.

On Desktop

  1. Log in to your Songer account

  2. Click the person icon in the top-right corner

  3. In the menu, select "Subscription"

  4. Scroll down and click "Cancel subscription"

On Mobile

  1. Log in to your Songer account

  2. Tap the three lines in the top-right corner

  3. In the menu, select "Subscription"

  4. Scroll down and tap "Cancel subscription"

If you're having difficulties cancelling it on your end:

  1. Contact support at [email protected] or through the website's chat messenger (upgraded plans only)

  2. Include your reason for cancelling

  3. If there's nothing the team can do to fix the issue for you, the cancellation gets processed immediately
