If you see a “Page can’t be loaded” message while using Songer, it usually means the link was opened inside another app (like Facebook or Instagram) instead of a regular web browser. These in-app browsers can block certain features, preventing Songer from loading correctly.

  1. Tap the Songer link from your email or social app.

  2. When prompted, select “Open in web browser” or “Open using browser.”

  3. If you don’t see that option, tap the three dots (⋮) in the corner and choose “Open in browser.”

  4. Once the page opens, click the menu (≡) and log in to your Songer account.

  5. After logging in, select "Songs" at the top of the page (or in the menu on mobile) to access your creations anytime.

Following these steps should restore full access to your Songer account and songs.
