If you're seeing this error, the link was opened inside an in-app browser. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and most other social apps have their own built-in browsers that cut corners on features. Songer needs a full browser to run correctly, and these in-app versions don't make the cut.
The good news: you don't need to troubleshoot anything. You just need to open the link in Chrome, Safari, or whatever browser you actually use.
How to Fix It
Tap the Songer link from your email or social app
When prompted, select "Open in web browser" or "Open using browser"
No prompt showing up? Tap the three dots (⋮) in the corner of the in-app browser and choose "Open in browser"
Once the page loads in your real browser, tap the menu (≡) and log in to your Songer account
Select "Songs" in the menu on mobile to get back to your tracks
That's the full fix. If the error shows up again, it means the link got opened in-app again. Same steps, same result.
