How voices in the songs created?
How voices in the songs created?
The voices you hear in Songer are completely AI-made. Theyāre powered by deep learning models trained on thousands of vocal examples that reflect a variety of tones, styles, and genres.
These examples arenāt recordings of real people. The AI learns the characteristics of human singing (things like pitch, tone, emotion, and phrasing) and then uses that knowledge to generate an entirely new vocal performance every time. So when you select something like ācountry femaleā or ārock male,ā youāre hearing a fresh, synthetic vocal track created on demand. No human singer is performing, and no oneās voice is being copied or imitated.
Think of it like an AI art generator that paints lifelike portraits of imaginary people, except here, Songer is crafting sound instead of images. š¤
Can I upload and edit my own tracks/music?
Can I upload and edit my own tracks/music?
At the moment, Songer doesnāt let you upload your own audio files or instrumentals to build on directly. The platform is designed to generate brand-new music based on your prompts or lyrics, not to edit or layer onto existing tracks.
That said, we know creators are eager to use their own material, and itās something our team is actively exploring for future updates. In the meantime, you can still blend your own instrumentals with Songer in creative ways:
With Songer Pro, you can generate instrumental-only tracks that make perfect backdrops for recording your own vocals.
Use free tools like GarageBand (Mac/iOS), Audacity (Windows/Mac), or BandLab (web & mobile) to record, mix, or polish your music.
Need to separate vocals or isolate parts of a track? Tools like lalal.ai can help you split stems easily.
Weāre excited about deeper support for original uploads down the line. Until then, keep experimenting, layering, and making your sound truly yours. āØ
Can I use my own voice?
Can I use my own voice?
Currently, Songer doesnāt support voice cloning or recording your own vocals directly into AI-generated tracks. The vocals you hear are entirely created by the AI, shaped by the lyrics and genre you select.
We know many users are eager to integrate their own voices, and itās definitely something weāre considering for the future. In the meantime, here are a few ways to blend your vocals with Songerās creations:
With Songer Pro, you can generate instrumental-only tracksāideal for recording your own vocals on top.
Use free tools like GarageBand (Mac/iOS), Audacity (Windows/Mac), or BandLab (web & mobile) to record, layer, and polish your performance.
Want to isolate or remove vocals from a song? Tools like lalal.ai can help separate the instrumental and vocal stems.
Your voice + Songerās sound = endless creative potential.
Are there any character limits for the prompts?
Are there any character limits for the prompts?
Hereās a quick breakdown of the lyric length limits in Songer:
With Generate (where the AI writes the lyrics for you), the limit is 1,000 characters.
With Custom Lyrics (where you paste in your own lyrics), the limit is 2,500 characters.
With "Instrumental" (where you paste your prompts), the limit is 300 characters.
Right now, there isnāt a way to increase these limits, but it's on our radar.
In the meantime, if your lyrics go over the limit, a good workaround is to split them into sections and create multiple parts. You can then join them together afterward using any editing software.

How to change the album artwork?
How to change the album artwork?
Right now, Songer automatically generates cover artwork for your songs, and it canāt be changed within the platform. The good news is that you can easily replace it after downloading your track.
If you plan to release your music on Spotify, Apple Music, or similar platforms, distributors such as DistroKid and TuneCore let you upload your own JPG or PNG as official cover art.
Many artists also create or customize their visuals using free tools like Canva, making it easy to design artwork that fits the mood and style of their song perfectly.
