Overview
Once you've extracted stems from a song, you can download each layer, or the full set, and choose the format, sample rate, and quality that suit your project.
Quick tips:
Downloads can take a few minutes to start, so hang tight after hitting "Download."
Larger files and higher quality settings = longer wait times.
Format conversion happens in real time, which can add a small delay.
Higher settings mean larger files and slightly longer processing, so choose based on what you need the stems for. Editing in a DAW usually calls for the highest settings; a quick reference bounce doesn't.
Downloading Stems
The files save to your device.
Note: Downloads triggered from the stems window keep running in the background, so you can close the pop-up without interrupting them.
Stems offer the same formats, sample rates, and quality settings as regular track downloads. To see everything currently available, check the Download Settings Explained article.
