How to Create a Feature Request in Messenger?
If you have an upgraded membership, you have access to our messenger on our website (that's where you usually chat with our support). Here are the steps:
Go to the Songer website.
Open Messenger.
Scroll down and find the “Got a Feature Request?” window.
Click the “Give feedback” button.
From there, you have 2 options to request a feature:
In the “Home” tab, click the “Request a feature” button.
In “Feedback,” click the “Create A New Post” button.
Add a title and description to your feature request.
Hit the “Submit Post” button to save.
How to Vote for an Existing Feature Request in Messenger?

If you didn't find your desired feature in the list, you can search for it in the “Feedback” tab.
Click on the magnifying glass, type the keyword, and click on the matched result.
If that's what you need, scroll down to "Upvoters" and click on the arrow icon to vote for it.
If that's not the feature you had in mind, feel free to create a new feature.

Go to our web portal.
Click the “Create A New Post” button.
Add a title and description to your feature request.
Hit the “Submit Post” button to save.
