Songer payments are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. That means invoices are usually available directly in your bank app or PayPal account, depending on which payment method you used.
How to Get an Invoice If You Have Songer Max
All your invoices live on your Subscription page:
Log in to your Songer account
Open your Subscription page. To do this:
On the desktop, click on the person icon at the top right corner and select "Subscription"
On mobile, tap the β° icon and then "Subscription"
Scroll down to the invoice list
You'll see the latest 5 by default, with a Show More button to load older ones. Each invoice ID links straight to the receipt with all the details you need.

If you can't find your invoice in your bank app or need one issued directly, the support team can help.
Contact support at [email protected] or through the website's chat messenger (upgraded plans only)
Include the payment amount and the date of the payment you need the invoice for
The team will verify the details and send the invoice over
About VAT
Paddle handles all billing and VAT collection as Songer's merchant of record. VAT is calculated automatically based on your country.
If you have a valid VAT ID, enter it during checkout, and VAT will either be excluded or properly marked for reclaim according to your local tax laws. The same applies if you need company details on your invoice: add them at checkout, because once a payment is processed, Paddle generally can't apply those changes retroactively.
The option to add your VAT number is available directly in the checkout flow.
