Learn what to do in case you noticed any songs missing.

If a song you created seems to be missing from your account, here are a few things you can check before reaching out to support:

๐Ÿ“š 1. Check Your Library

  • Log in to your Songer account.

  • Go to your Songs page.

  • Use the search bar to quickly find the song by title or keyword.

  • If you have a lot of previews, check through multiple pages of your library. The full song may be further down.


๐Ÿ“ง 2. Check Your Email

  • If your song needed a little more time to generate, you may receive an email with a direct link once itโ€™s ready.

  • Search your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for messages from [email protected] in case the link was sent there.


๐Ÿ‘ฅ 3. Check Multiple Accounts

  • If youโ€™ve signed up using different email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Apple ID, Facebook), the song might be in a different account.

  • Try logging in with any other email you may have used.


๐Ÿช™ 4. Check Song Credits & Unlocks

If you previewed a 60-second version but didnโ€™t unlock the full song, only the preview will appear.


๐Ÿ› ๏ธ 5. Technical Issues

  • Refresh your browser or try logging in from another device/browser.

  • Clear your cache if the library doesnโ€™t update.


๐Ÿ” Still Missing?

If your song still isnโ€™t showing up after these checks:

  1. Reach out to our support.

  2. Include the following information:

    1. Song title

    2. Song link. If you happen to have the song link saved or visible in your browser history, that would be really helpful too.

    3. Song creation date

    4. Song lyrics

    5. Email address linked to your account.

  3. Our team will locate the song, restore access if possible, and link it to your account.
