If a song seems to be missing from your account, it’s usually still there — just not where you expect it to be.
Before contacting support, run through the checks below.
1. Check Your Library
Start with the obvious.
If your library is large, check multiple pages. Songs don’t disappear — they just get buried.
2. Check Your Email
Some songs take longer to generate.
If that happens, you may receive an email with a direct link once the song is ready. Search your inbox (and spam folder) for messages from [email protected] or [email protected].
3. Check Other Accounts
If you’ve signed up using more than one method (email, Google, Apple, Facebook), the song may be tied to a different account.
Try logging in with any other email address you may have used.
4. Check Previews vs Unlocked Songs
If you only previewed a song and didn’t unlock it, only the preview will appear in your library.
Unlocked songs show full access. Previews don’t.
5. Rule Out Technical Issues
Sometimes it’s not the song. It’s the browser.
Refresh the page
Try a different browser or device
Clear your cache if the library doesn’t update
It’s boring advice because it works.
Still Missing?
If your song still isn’t showing up after these checks:
Reach out to our support
Include the following information:
Song title
Song link. If you happen to have the song link saved or visible in your browser history, that would be really helpful too.
Song creation date
Song lyrics
Email address linked to your account.
Tip
To avoid confusion later, keep everything under one email address and bookmark the Songs page.
