We want every song to be worth your time and creativity. If something didn’t work out, we’re happy to help.
You can request a refund of credit if:
A song has an incomplete ending (even after using the "Extend" feature).
A song has a glitch.

To request a refund:

Provide:
Song title.
Song link.
Issue description in detail (e.g. “cut off”, "glitches", etc.).
Your email address used in Songer.
⚠️ Important Note
If your credit bundle payment was refunded, any remaining credits from that bundle will be removed at the same time.
