📃 Refund Reasons

We want every song to be worth your time and creativity. If something didn’t work out, we’re happy to help.

You can request a refund of credit if:

  • A song has an incomplete ending (even after using the "Extend" feature).

  • A song has a glitch.


📩 How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact support at [email protected].

  2. Provide:

    • Song title.

    • Song link.

    • Issue description in detail (e.g. “cut off”, "glitches", etc.).

    • Your email address used in Songer.


⚠️ Important Note

If your credit bundle payment was refunded, any remaining credits from that bundle will be removed at the same time.
