Valid Reasons for a Refund
The song has an incomplete ending, even after using the Extend feature
The song has a glitch or audio problem
How to Request a Refund
Contact support at [email protected] or through the website's chat messenger (upgraded plans only)
Include the following details:
Song title
Song link
A description of the issue (for example: "cut off at the end" or "audio glitches at 0:45")
The email address associated with your Songer account
Important
If your credit bundle payment gets refunded, any remaining credits from that bundle will be removed at the same time.
