Requesting a Song Credit Refund

Request a credit refund in Songer for incomplete or failed songs. Contact support with song details—we’re here to help.

We want every song to be worth your time and creativity. If something didn’t work out — whether it’s a technical glitch, incomplete vocals, or an accidental unlock — we’re happy to help.

You can request a refund of credit if:

  • A song has no vocals or incomplete ending.

  • A song failed to generate properly.


📩 How to request a refund:

  1. Contact support at [email protected].

  2. Provide:

    • Song title

    • Song link

    • What went wrong (e.g. “no vocals” or “cut off”)

    • Your email address used in Songer

When Refunds Are Typically Approved:

  • Song has no vocals or is incomplete

  • Song failed to generate properly
