➕ Alternative Downloading Option

If the regular downloading doesn't work for some reason, here's your plan B on how to download your songs:

  1. Log in to your Songer account.

  2. Find the song you want to download in your Songs list.

  3. Copy the URL of the variation you wish to download by clicking on "Copy Link."

  4. Paste the URL into your browser’s address bar.

  5. Before pressing Enter, modify the link by adding an "s" after /song/ and appending /download at the end.

For example:

  • Original URL: https://songer.co/song/xxxx

  • Modified URL: https://songer.co/songs/xxxx/download

This should allow you to download the file directly.

🍏 How to Find Downloaded Songs for iPhone Users

If your iCloud storage is full, you should be able to locate your downloaded songs in "Files" on your iPhone. Here's how:

  1. Open "Files" (if you can't find it, tap "Search" and type "Files").

  2. Open "On My iPhone."

  3. Open the browser folder (e.g., "Chrome") with which you downloaded your song. There you should see your song.

On the other hand, if your iCloud storage is not full, you should be able to locate your songs like this:

  1. Open "Files" (if you can't find it, tap "Search" and type "Files").

  2. Open "iCloud Drive."

  3. Open "Downloads." There you should be able to see your song.

If you're not sure whether your iCloud is full or not, try both options. Either way, one of them should help you find your song on your iPhone.

Alternatively, you can download your song using a laptop or PC, and then you will be able to locate it more easily.
